There are a lot of community inforcers online now, they don't work for iw but have the contact to save your boosting clips and pass them on, most have are clan lvl50 and have the title inforcers and clan tag "ban"

He joined when the game was like at the final killcam so im pretty sure he doesnt have the clip saved
