I have been here for a while and lurked also. I also know exactly what you are saying. But honestly, my hopes died down when people quit appreciating others hard work. Its a moral thing, respect others. If people don't get this in their head, the site will dive bomb. Honest active users have just dropped off the face of the site because of this.

Human nature to flame?
Last I recall humans thousands of years ago did not have the capability to flame.
Everybody can be nice and get along. Unless you are provoked you are an immature person.

Due to this crossing over into TTG I tend to post less. Spam and topics being torn up by people expecting people to have impeccable grammar and to know the answer to their question.

The ShoutBox is a safe haven I guess you could say...

im am just about to take a breack on this site

one of the main reasons people do this, is because they want to get a lot of posts but dont know how to reply to it or connect to your topic, so instead of not commenting they flame.

there will always be haters.. everywhere and always.
not only is it human nature, but also people troll for the lulz.
my opinion and suggestion is to avoid or block or anything you can do, but ranting about it will only ignite the flame even more.
