when i try to drag and drop into horizon it doesnt let me, help?

Horizon has a couple bugs that need to be fixed. If you run Horizon NOT IN ADMINISTRATOR it will let you drag it in then you need to change the I.D. an all that rehash and resign then close horizon and open it back up in administrator mode so you can explore your device.
