May be a virus make sure your connected to the internet and when you start it make sure you give it time to get all the information needed.

You can restart your pc

delete .Minecraft Folder

redownload try those and see

i removed the whole file
restarted pc
redownloaded it
and im connected

You can actually play minecraft right on minecraft.net... you do not have to download it.

Well this could be because you have bad connection. You could update your router or have minecraft.net open while you open Minecraft.

Are all of the wires lighting up bright red? If not you need to but a redstone repeater facing the direction the power is coming from. Hope I helped.

So I take out a red stone wire and replace it with a repeater where the intersection of lighting up ins and non lighting up ones?

i also tried to put that in, and it doesn't work---like it will stay lit up when i turn it off, and others will turn off when they usually are on.

Any way i can Skype u my screen or something?
