hey guys heres my video of me Planking in front of ppl at the Colorado Rockies baseball game.
Its more laying down then planking but its very similar.

It's quite funny but it isn't planking.. proper planking is on top of something and on your belly, like I went on a surgery roof before and lay there for like 10 mins until the police came.. I had to run away!(I dont think Im a hard man, its just an example of proper planking!)
