i really am annoyed with everything and dont want to ship it. i would like to get it fixed today and was wondering if anyone here can rapair two xboxs and RGH one today or tomorrow?

try craigslist, if your looking for a local shop.

2 red lights is a easy fix, but once you fix the oveheating by appying new thermal paste it may reveal 3 red rings or it could work properly.
You can try the hybrid xclamp fix aswell, i recommend using a arctic silver 5 thermal paste and not that white creamy packet they sell for 10 cents.
Your dvd drive probably just needs a laser 10-15$, i would recommend sending the unit for rgh to a profesional not some n00b on craigslist.
If you would like to ship the unit to us we can take care of you at little cost.
