somebody hacked into my computer and is trying to talk to me. how can i fix this.

Do that^ or you can try just a simple system restore and restore it back a week or 2

Ok what i did was i have norton 360 premium and i did a
Live update and did all scans on my pc. i think i removed the hacker. but im worried i have a keylogger.

open task manager(CTRL+ALT+DELETE) and look at the processes / background processes and if there are two "winlogon.exe" running, then you have a keylogger and need to immediatly system restore a week or two back or completely reset your PC. And the name might not be winlogon, it may be something different, so look out for any suspicious processes that dont look like they belong. Hope this helped!

yes that means your PC is most likely free of keyloggers. Just be careful where you go on the internet and giving out personal information on your computer, then you wont have to worry about hackers. I hack sometimes, and one thing most people do wrong, is give out personal information. Stay away from suspicious activity on the web.
