So, my iPhone 4 keeps booting off and I turn it back on and it says "Needs Activation" and it was activated before. How can I fix this?

Have you tried taking your sim card out, then putting it back in?

If this doesn't work, then you need to contact your Company that owns the sim, like Orange or Vodafone. Ask for support, and then they should be able to sort it out over the phone, or it may be a more in-depth problem which will needed to be sorted out by going in-store.

Is your iPhone jailbroken, if so did you unlock it using Cydia?

1. Plug the iphone into the computer while fully off
2. Hold Power and Home button
3.When you see the apple logo release the power button, hold the home button.
4. Computer should recognize it as an iphone in Recovery or DFU either way you should be able to restore it
