The only way you could use it is if you play it on the Account you bought it on

I'm sorry, but this may not be true, as I have downloaded many games in which I play on a different account.

if you buy something on that console it stays on that console for anyone can play it because its license transferred. you get one like every 6 months its in account settings and it says licence transfer so you hit that and everything on that account can be on multiple xboxs
