Its true they report you to infinityward banstache.
Its not a joke and its not xbl inforsement.
Its simply a group of individuals who catch boosters report them to IW and IW Bans u after looking into ur stats. Turning off your recording mean its not recording for you, but it still records on the server end so they can simply go back and monitor your gameplay.
