Oh and if you are using Facetime.. Make sure it is on charge. Your battery will go from 100% down to about 20% in half an hour. It's ridiculous.
Yeah, when my mum and dad went on holiday i facetimed them and my battery was dead within like 20 minutes haha.
But i generally use facetime on my mac book.

From time to time at some point you will have to change your iphone battery like you have to do on everything that used a battery.
Also if your iphone has lots of things on it and doesn't have much memory then that can also cause it as well.
