I am just getting into pc gaming, and am in need of a decent gaming computer. I would like to play games such as Skyrim, BF3, MW3, and other FPS/RPG games. Would this build be able to run these games on high or ultra settings reliably? [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Get a better PSU, Corsair, Seasonic, or XFX.
If you can upgrade to a 560 TI.
Bulldozer is sh*t, get a 2500k.
DVD Drive?
Hard Drive is not the fastest, but if that's all you can afford, go for it.

I have a DVD drive. It's a liteon 124 B flashed with custom burner max 1.0 for burning XGD3 xbox games. I'm gonna stick with using it, but shouldn't that PSU be good enough? & wouldn't that 560 i have be good enough to get above 30 fps on ultra settings? & that hard drive should be plenty fast enough for me xD Also, wouldn't i really need a 2500k would i?

Ok, the PSU is not the best quality. It's better to have a good quality PSU and not risk having your entire system burn out. 560 should be good enough. Depends on the games your playing. Also, like I said before, Intel > AMD. (No fanboyism, just the truth)
