From a Cow with an Iron bucket. You can make an iron bucket by mining in the ground and then finding Iron. Then just put it in the Oven to create the iron ingots. Then you just need 3 iron to make the bucket. Then just go up to the Cow press LT with the bucket in your hand and boom you have milk.

get a bucket find a cow or goat (your choice and press the RT button on the controller to milk it)

left trigger a cow when holding a bucket and it will fill the bucket with milk
