its screwed, go into block buster and rent the same game, swap the discs! ohpe i helped lol
or, there is a skip doctor pro that repairs discs. but its a PS3 bluray. prob wont work. first one is best bet.

so go to the store, and by a little tube of pronamel tooth paste, and get cotton ball sticks, take the tooth paste, and put a tiny bit on the cotton ball, than apply the tooth paste on the cracks, then take glasses cleaner, and spray the ENTIRE disk, take a super cleand and smooth cloth, and wipe down, dry off, and apply to game system, if this dosent work, pm me and i have more ways:)
