For Dev Kernals can't you send the Dvars from your computer to your Xbox? Or is that just for XDK's? Don't Flame I'm no pro like most people

I don't think you can. Only consoles running a modified retail kernal. The development kernal isn't the same as a modified retail kernal.

Try resigning your XeXs as DEV with X360GameHack , RGLoader runs both retail and dev signed XeXs , if it is retail signed then it will be running with the retail key... I can't say that this will cause a problem for sure , but if you do resign it dev you will also need to manually patch your XeX with the title updates.
I used to own a Devkit so I know there is no problem running mods on them ... You have to consider that they develop the game and the patches on Devkits , not retail machines.
To answer the question about memory editing , yes you can edit memory in real time with RGLoader it is a devkit , you don't need any realtime.xex to do it, the feature is simply there.
And to clarify RGLoader is a modified Dev kernel , that's why it will load retail discs and play retail signed executables. Also keep in mind it is clearly marked as BETA , it is not a complete solution yet , it works very well , but certain things have not been tested with it ... MW2 lobbies being one of them, at least not by any team members.
I should have a chance this weekend to test some patches out, I just need to get an HDD to use, I'm sure I'll get it working and report back to you.
