I am trying to give my friend Minecraft through licence transfer but i have already done it this month .... is their a way in which i can licence transfer again without waiting.

No, you must wait. Also XBLPET are handing out banns for that stuff.

Know there is no way to do it. Also would you walk into a shop and rob something because what you are trying to do is no different. If your friend is so eager to play the game get him to pay for it like everybody else does. If he does not want to pay for it the answer is simple he does not play it. Problem solved.
