Is your VGA(Video Graphics Array) cable plugged in tightly? If so, have you tried reloading your video drivers?

Okay, go and check behind your desktop to check if [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] is not loose and do the same for your monitor.

go to the tray in the bottom right and check if there are any symbols that say graphics or nividia when you hover over them. If so then right click and press color corrections or anything on the line of that.

Post a video if you need too. It would let us see a visual of the cords and other things
