I have a 32 gig usb and a 8 gig usb can I use them both at once with ready boost?

what do you mean boost on xbox or boot and operating system of the usb ?

Ready boost is a thing on windows to make your computer faster. For it you need a usb flash drive. It was on the sticky tut but it didn't say if i can use more then 1 usb
