I had this problem you can license transfer (Download games map packs and so on) But if they have already done the license transfer than you can sing in there profile start minecraft up and then sing back into your account and you will be playing the full game but as soon as you got of the game it will be the trial again.

Yes, but there is a certain way you have to do it, and if you do there may be a case of you getting banned

YouTube "licence transfer Xbox minecraft"

Hope that helps

This is a permabannable offense and won't be taken lightly by Microsoft.

You do not GET Banned for License Transferring. As long as you are given permission of the owner of the account. #FACT

Speak to a Microsoft live chat person and you will be told that.
