Got a point with the graphics card,but it depends how much RAM he has. If he has like 2-4 gb chances the computer "could" lagg while process

As you said, it's more about that RAM. It depends on your OS x32/x64 Your RAM speed and the max your mobo can support. So look at [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and it can say what RAM you can have and the max you can support.
