Did you guys talk to a game advisor using the banned account or a new one? Just wondering because I could not login with my banned account on the support page some weeks ago to talk to a game advisor, now I can. Did EA change this? If not, this might help me alot in getting my account unbanned again.

Look at the start date of this thread. I think you have modded your vp and want your account changed. (Just a guess)

The EA admins have learnt about this now. Now they do not, unlink ea ids from accounts and they dont delete accounts.
