I would like an avatar or logo for GB. Black background with Blue Letters that say "The 31st"

Since it is already complete and I do not have time to do that, I will redo it but add a metal border--it will look nice and take up the space ( :

BTW: what i made was 300 x 200 so i cannot help until you give me the right dimensions ) :
