I'm thinking Astro's A 40s or Turtle Beach PX-5 . Anyone own any of them and what ones should I get?

Turtle Beach wil lalways win in the end, remember that.

If you go with Astro's you'll be missing out on all the features that make Turtle Beach better...

The only reason the MLG people use Astro's is because they can't use wireless headsets in competitions.

I recommend the turtles, i have a px5 headset an its great it does use a lot of batteries though, but that could be resolved easily, just go buy a thing of rechargables at the store.

PX21 Turtle Beach's are the way to go. They aren't that expensive and they're amazing.

I have both Astros and Turtles. I mainly use my x12's but thats only only because my mixamp is screwed up on my astros. There just as good as my astro's and a lot cheaaper. Good starting headset only $60.

In this case, the most expensive headset is the best.. try to find a wired one though! batteries are very annoying to have to buy/recharge.
