I have a question, say you mod something specific and it unlocks an achievement. Would you still be able to get the achievement or no?

If your talking about an item then you have to get it yourself via quest.

No. If you mod it and gets you the achievement you will not have it unlocked.

yes you can always just start a new game. But what lets say you need the read 50 skill books achievement, then i can just give you 50 skill books. but if you are thinking about an achievement like complete a quest then the most i could do is set you to the stage in the quest right before you finish it and then you can finish on the xbox. Hope i answered ur question.
