Hello guys Dump here bringing you another quick tutorial on how to get your Points back from Microsoft for the game Minecraft
Before we start you have to have bought the game before the 15th of May Or this will not work
Lets get started :
First you have to go to: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Once on the support site you will see a Green Box Saying "Product" Select "Games" In the Drop-down Menu
Once selected game you should see another box Come up Saying "Category"
Select the "Other" Box in the drop-down menu
Now scroll down and click "Chat with Microsoft Support"
Now when you have selected this Sign into your account where it tells you and then enter Exactly this in your Issue Box " Minecraft Wont Launch"
Now when you get onto a representative (support agent you should follow my steps)
They will greet you
and then ask you for more information about your problem
Tell them
I bought minecraft Xbox Version to play with my Son and it wont let me play splitscreen
They will ask whats the message your getting Say It Prompts me with a Message saying This Game Requires a HDTV
He might ask you the date you bought it Remember you have to have bought it before the 15th
IF they ask you something like you dont have a HDTV say No man times are pretty tough you know I have do keep the family happy
He will probably say i fully understand you then Transfer you to a billing agent tell her the same
Then she might send you a link to go to and sign in or she might just say your'e 1600 points richer
Then say anything else i can help you with say No Thanks then close the window
Check your balance and you should have 1600 Points back in your account

what is the point in doing this man.
when the update hits you won't be able to play anyway because they take it off your account

No i don't actually have a HDTV my 50" broke and i can't get a new one due to the fact i have to buy my own stuff unlike you kid ;)

hmm well then if i dont buy my own stuff ****** then how have i got gold, Xbox live membership, alot more than you and yes we will recive updates go cask the support people!!
