More than likely you sponge from your parents. And i doubt they would ban for "Marketplace Theft" but then again my last account with 48000+ gamerscore got banned for marketplace theft down to the fact that my mate would buy arcade games when he was at my house stoned.

YOu cant get any game updates for the game if you do this.

I did this with other arcade games and my account got a perm ban for marketplace theft. Its also illegal so if they wanted they could get the law involved.. Probably wouldn't go that far but you will more than likely be banned for marketplace theft.

Warning, microsoft are cutting down on this. I was console banned and profile banned for doing this with just 2 games. Just a warning because they are finding out.
