We need to know what router you have before we can say anything. Also, what have you tried?

D-Link DSL 2680 and I've went into the settings on my browser and tried it but it doesn't seem to open

Here follow this link. If this is for Xbox then your Xbox needs a static IP, if this is for a computer game then your computer needs a static IP. I just used MW3 as an example, but same steps apply.

Honestly, I've done all this! It just doesn't seem to open/let me host games on Minecraft.
