when i logged on about 2 weeks ago i noticed something was not right normally my ip adree thingy at the top says virgin media ...... but it was a bunch of numbers like this 65.45.56.45.67 and i logged on and i had no money or anything no-one knows my pass so anyone could tell me what happend it would be apreaciated

You have been hacked. This is usually caused by botting or downloading dodgy things as they tend to have keyloggers ect within them.

I recommend scanning your computer and check to see if there is anything unusual on there, if so, remove it. After that, change your recovery questions, your password and add a bank pin if you have not already got one.

Remember, always bank everything you have before logging (Bank pin required).

ive never been hacked since i virus scan my computer everyday and scan files b4 download

You probably got ratted most RAT's have a keylogger feature. You should download Anti malware bytes and run a full scan on all of your drives.

Scanning before you download doesn't mean anything the file could have binded with a FUD (Fully Undected) Server so you can still get a virus.
