It tells me to go to my yahoo to unban the profile but my yahoo acount has been disabled.I dont know what the secret question is because i put random letters, so plz help if u know how i can fix this.

I think you can unban your account with transfer cable my mate used to do it when he modded :L

for starters have you tried calling them? or having an online chat? If not heres a url to the official Xbox Support website, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Select the Item/Product you are having trouble with, in this case it would be XBOX LIVE. Then a new scroll option will appear, select Account Banning. A button saying ask Xbox or something around those lines will appear. Click on that select a form that is best described as your decision. Of course if nothing suits your problem you could always have Xbox chats with an ambassador or something.

I think what he's saying is that his account works on XBL, but not one the website. He can still play, but just not sign into his account on the website, so making a new account would be sorta stupid.
