I've never built a PC before, but I'd love to have a computer that I build from ordering parts. I'd like to keep the budget at $750. Just because I doubt I can get much more than that in a few weeks. :/

You fail to list the main importance of this PC which is critical in suggesting parts. It'd also be a good idea to say if you need any peripherals such as KB+mouse, genuine O/S, monitor, etc.

I'll be honest I have no idea what that means. I'd like a computer that could support constant editing, allow me to keep all of the videos I edit so I can look back at them while offline.

Got it.

But you didn't answer the second question, do you or do you not already have a monitor, keyboard + mouse? If you don't, this will run you a good ~$175 at minimum and lower the budget for the parts even further.
