Put in a Microwave. Always works.
Just Kidding! Do not do that. It is quite cool to watch a disc in a microwave though.
Anyway, 1st off... Try plying other games. If they work, its your disc that is screwed up. If they do not work, then you have the "OpenTray" error. Ive had that.
If your games work:
-Take your scratched games and put either a layer of toothpaste/chapstick over the scratches.
-Take a damp paper towel and slowly wipe the excess off of the disc.
If your games do not work:
Well, if your games do not work at all, it is not your discs. It is your console. Its the laser that might not be picked up the game when it tries tracking it. our console should make 2 scratching sounds when you put the game in, then thats how you know how you have the "OpenTray" error.
All you have to do is:
-Take your console apart (Get the disc drive)
-Take the disc drive apart as well.
-Then there will be 2 little screws on the tray behind it, turn them both a quarter of a turn.
-Also, move the laser in more to where the disc would lay in a tray
(If you are too lazy to take your console apart, you can always hit the top of your console, but thats not really a good thing to do)
Hope I could help as much as everyone else could. Good luck with fixing your game dude. ")
