If its a console ban, you are completely banned. If not a new account should fix everything.

Yeah just checked and sure enough it was a console ban for modding credits, I mean seriously the game came out October 2011 and I modded my credits in march 2012. I know people who haven't been banned and mod 500 million a day. Anyway looks like I'll be sticking with the same account for now.
