I had bought an "unshared" KV from this guy before, it was unbanned, but all but 1 person off the 4 people i sold to complained it was laggy, i blamed them for reselling but this is the problem...
My friend bought one off of him today as well, we both opened it in hex editor, it was the exact same KV, this explains the LAG, i saved the AIM convo, here it is...

As you can see he blocked me, its getting old, cant find a legit KV seller, this guy has an ioffer post but i think it got closed.

My friend and i both disputed and escalated the dispute, Paypal doesnt give the seller much chance to win, plus his account has been put on fraud alert, so paypal is looking for trends in these dispute

I try to, but they are always sold out :/ I need a way to make money because my jtags broken. Cant trust anyone, people scam for 30$- 75$
