I have had a heart transplant along with 7 other surgeries. I am really poor and home schooled (Both due to heart transplant) I have a Xbox and can barely afford it I have CoD World at War and really want a permanent mod menu so I have something fun to do during the day. PLEASE GIVE ME A PERMANENT MOD MENU! My disease was called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy in case you do t believe me...... Please give me a mod menu so I don't get bored! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! I think I deserve it! I also have other diseases such as OCD, ADHD, Osteoporosis etc...... PLEASE HELP BRIGHTEN MY DAY!!!
