Cheats:
$999,999 --> Go to taxes and set all to ZERO, then when annual taxes come up hold 'L' button and click continue. While still holding L go to to the tax screen and put everything at 100% EXCEPT taxes. Exit out and release L.


Tips:
Zone Stacking --> Can compact cities

Best map --> use map #061, it has 87.7% land which is the highest in the game. You will need this to achieve a Megapolis
