That is disgusting. A black naked man on a highway in Miama Florida eating another mans face, and told by cops to stop and continued, therefore resulting in his death. Police say he was on some sort of drugs.

I think it's awesome that:

1. Either he's a zombie
or
2. He has a VERY high tolerance of pain to withstand multiple bullet shots. The Army needs more people like with... but without the face-eating and nakedness.

Clear from the description that it's PCP he is on. The army does not ever want people on PCP in control of weapons or near anyone they consider friendly.
Youtube videos of people on it or look up its effects.
