It gets annoying after a while.. I dont really care that much about it though

I only get pissed off when they say "+Rep for a week". They clearely arnt going to do it. Back in 2011 i used to help those people and if they didnt give me +rep for 7 days i would give them -rep for 7 days

The amount of times people say there going to rep me and dont take p*ss a little bit but i always rep people who help me out i always appreciate it as well

It's an easy way to get someones help/assistance by offering something that many people are after ' rep '.

It's unfortunate that people lie for help, we're a community- if you give us enough time, you'll get an answer.

u should help someone to help them not because you want something in return tbh the whole rep thing should taken away its abused just like the thumbs up/down feature
