if you license transfer minecraft from a friends account onto your xbox will minecraft remain on both xboxs?

and is it easy to get console banned if you download minecraft from a flashdrive that it was saved . if you didnt purchase it

First this should be in the minecraft Xbox 360 section.

It will remain on both systems, it will be easy to be banned though for marketplace theft since two people are sharing the same license.

Cance of ban is so slim I wouldn't worry about it
