Is your xbox connected by wi-fi my xbox is and mine does the same yours does so i just use ethernet cable and i never got disconnect again

get better internet connection and stop using a toaster

Already tried:

Resetting router.
Turning Xbox off.
Resetting Modem.
Clear System Cache.

Reset your WI-FI Box 3 Times
When you reset your wi-fi and it comes on with all lights flashing reset it let all light come on again and repeat that 3 Tiems if it Works

That is a myth, switching it off and on is only going to do bad for your router!
The problem may lie with a build up of static in the router and the connecting cables, just switch off the router and remove all the cables for 5 minutes or so also do this with your Xbox wireless connecter (if you use one)
