Press the top power button for 5 seconds. Then press the home buttom for ten seconds while holding the power button. Let go of the power button and hold it for 20 seconds. When you get a message saying that itunes has detected your ipod in recovery mode then go to the tab with your ipod in itunes

or try this
With the iPhone turned off
Hold the home button and power button together
Just before the apple logo (or in your case the pwnapple logo) appears the screen (about 10 seconds) should light up (only dimly) when this happens release the power key but hold the home button for a couple more secondsiTunes should now recognise your iPhone.
Restore FW and set up as a new device
Jailbrake
Restore iPhone from backup (do this AFTER the jailbrake or you will get the same result
