This is Xbox, this is controlled by Microsoft. ANY type of modding is bannable, due to the fact that you need to rehash this and resign that in order to get it to work and exploit the way the USB transferring works, yes, you can be banned.

This guy knows more than you guys think like he said any type of modding is bannable. Even if mojang wanted to ban you guys you still need to be careful and stop assuming that you'll be fine. Especially on a new game that had over 1mil downloads already. If mojang really does care you guys will be banned bu the time the updates come. (ESPECIALLY THE ONES WHO MODDED THE LEADERBOARDS)

No you can't get banned for downloading someone's map for MC..
