ok but here it can help you a bit
1.first of all you need to close smartfortress with taskhost(or other closing programs)
2.look at you register editor does it look changed or try finding the keys pf smart fortress so it cannot reinstall itself
3.look at you .exe on your desktop leftclick on it and try to locate its map and then remove the 2 files in it and then restart your computer and look if it does start up when it does start up (i mean smart fortress 2012) then u did not something right and u need to do the whole progress again because that means it reinstalled itself
