Step One:
Open Your Minecraft Gamesave In Horizon

Step Two:
Make A New Folder In Your C: (Computer) Folder
Name The Folder Minecraft

Step Three:
Extract The Savegame.dat to the minecraft folder

Step Four:
Go to the start menu and search for CMD and open it

Step Five:
When In the CMD box type cd C:/minecraft (This will bring you to the folder with the minecraft saves)

Step Six:
to Decompress the save type: minecraft.exe -d savegame.dat savegame.dat.decompressed

Step Seven:
Now Open the save in HxD And search for Damage

Step Eight:
When you locate this part it should say Item ID, Count, Damage, Slot

Step Nine:
go to the one set of hex values after damage and change it to ff it should be 00 originally if you didnt ruin the item

Step Ten:
Changing The Item item is Two sets long for example the diamond pickaxe would be 01 16

Step Eleven:
Save the File by Pressing CTRL + S

Step Twelve:
Go back into CMD and type minecraft.exe -c savegame.dat.decompressed savegame.dat

Step Thirteen: Replace Savegame.dat into your Gamesave and save to device and enjoy
