Hello, I downloaded a theme on my other computer and while I was installing it, my PC turned off. I turned it back on figuring the theme worked and need to restart my computer. But when I log on to my user, it goes black screen then goes back to the user login screen. PLEASE HELP, My business for photography is on that computer,!

You could do a Startup Recovery and run a system restore which should solve your issues.
If you could elaborate on where you got this "theme" I could possibly help more.

This would work. But it depends on how long it has been since he/she set a restore point. (Not trying to offend with the he/she thing I don't know which you are)

The post you are trying to find cannot be found. It may have been moved or deleted.
Anyhow, if you're able to sign into the PC as another user, maybe try doing a system restore using that user. Will save you doing a startup repair which I believe may need the Windows DVD.

Unfortunately we can't view that forum as us three are not Gold members at the moment. As Unreal Egg mentioned a system restore would be your best option assuming you can't get into Safe Mode.
