Well calm down first of all, your files are still fine.

If everything goes bad, you can take it in or if you have knowledge on how to do so just connect the HDD to a new computer and backup your files.

Your photography stuff will be fine.

Your other option is to do what TaiMaiShu said and boot in safe mode. That will allow you to run a system restore.

System restore using a Windows DVD legit or ISO, just as long as it's the same version Windows you are running.

You should still have your (3) disks to completely wipe out your pc, i have mine but my computer already so bad. that when I try to run it 5 minutes it say faild to load. and removes windows.
but if you have those discs

restart pc
First screen you see press f8
Than it will say something about a cd drive(click it)
And your pc will be stored back to factory settings
