Need some tips for getting 60 def.Im a lev 17 23 def,1 att,and 13 str.(Im not a noob ive played the game back in 2008) I need some tips.What should i train on?

Get your strength up to 50 then attack to 50. After that get strength up to 60 and then attack to 60 then start training Defense.
