Hey my iPhone 4 was jail-broken and i've tried to update from 5.0.1 to 5.1.1 and an error come up on iTunes now it has left my iPhone in recovery mode. Now my phone doesn't show up on iTunes when i plug it in. any help PLZ!!

Step 1: Download iREB
Step 2: Open the program (Make sure your idevice is connected)
Step 3: Choose iPhone 4
Step 4: Follow the instructions to put your device in Pawned DFU Mode
Step 5: Once in pawned DFU mode, go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and choose 5.1.1 firmware for your idevice and download it
Step 6: Open iTunes
Step 7: Hold shift + click Restore, then choose the firmware, you downloaded when doing Step 5
Step 2: Open the program (Make sure your idevice is connected)
Step 3: Choose iPhone 4
Step 4: Follow the instructions to put your device in Pawned DFU Mode
Step 5: Once in pawned DFU mode, go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and choose 5.1.1 firmware for your idevice and download it
Step 6: Open iTunes
Step 7: Hold shift + click Restore, then choose the firmware, you downloaded when doing Step 5

Yu could just go on google and search for ifaith. Upload a mew firmware (5.0.1, 5.1.1 etc) which ever yu want.

ifaith is shit, i prefer iREB and so do alot of other people when they are in this kinda state..

Try shift clicking it anyway maybe? :/
