Today is my birthday and I am also going to Washington DC in about 3 hours so im pretty excited! Its with my school though so I dont get to celebrate it with my family
Any tips for exploration in our nations capital?

Watch out for the hobo's. I live like 3 hours away. Ive been there a few times. Just.. ignore the hobo's.

i got there twice every year. and im 10 minutes outside of it right now at my aunts house on vacation. But first u need to explore the museums like air and space and natural history. btw its a kool place

Well, i went last summer and i had a blast! i would recommend going to Arlington's National Cemetery it is really cool and also while your there go see the changing of the guard. Also go to the Supreme court. It is boring if you don't like any of the court stuff. And last go to the spy museum or the Smithsonian. I personally like the Smithsonian because you can see pretty much EVERYTHING! haha

The Smithsonian would be a good tourist attraction in DC.
