its the new white 320gb slim with kinect
and 5 games
i set my console up
and i cant connect to xbox live
i did test connection it loads all the way up to xbox to xbox live
any ideas do i need to do something before hand as its a new console???

You may need to configure your wireless settings?

start you set your router off and wait a couple of zeconds and set it back up

Contact your Internet provider then Microsoft in that order check there are no faults with your Internet first

you need to log into your router and open the ports up . i had exactly the same problem with mine and that what my internet provider told me to do and now it works perfectly.
