Ok so I woke up today and got on my computer to listen to music and the sound wasn't working, I checked the playback settings and tested my speakers and it shows that their is sound but nothing is coming from them?

I've already tried updating my sound card.

go to Device Manager do you have the speakers turned on


Make sure it is not on mute

Yea speakers are on and not on mute,it actually shows sound coming from whatever I'm listening to, but nothing is coming from the speakers.

Yea speakers are on and not on mute,it actually shows sound coming from whatever I'm listening to, but nothing is coming from the speakers.
Maybe you had to loud music on and it exploded :p

try to get a new speak and check if that works
